The Framingham Union Aid Association, Inc. has enjoyed a wonderful history starting with our founding in 1892 with just a few members and progressing to our current incorporation and nonprofit status with hundreds of members. We are located at the MetroWest Medical Center, Framingham Union Hospital Campus and are involved in many hospital-based and community activities. The Aid hosts educational events, participates in community services, and holds fundraising events to subsidize our annual grant awards program. Since 1998, we have awarded approximately 30 grants annually for health-related projects totaling over $1.3 million.

Additionally, we also run the Pumpkin Seed Gift Shop at the hospital. The shop’s proceeds directly fund our grant program and community initiatives. The shop carries many gift items, greeting cards, flower arrangements and sundries.
